Our Commitment
Accessible to Everyone
Traore Photo Booth Rental is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to make our website more inclusive.
We believe every guest at every event should feel welcome — and that begins with our website.
Section One
Conformance Status
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. They define three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.
traore360.com is designed and built to align with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We use this standard as a reference and continuously work toward full conformance.
Section Two
Accessibility Features
Our website includes the following accessibility features:
- Semantic HTML — properly structured headings, landmarks, lists, and navigation regions
- ARIA labels on all navigation, buttons, social links, and interactive components
- Keyboard navigation — every interactive element can be reached and activated using Tab, Shift+Tab, and Enter
- Descriptive alt text on images so screen-reader users understand visual content
- Sufficient color contrast between text and background
- Responsive design that scales to mobile, tablet, and desktop without losing function
- Readable typography with adjustable size at the browser level
- Plain-language copy wherever possible, with industry terms explained in our FAQ
- No autoplay audio or unexpected motion that can disrupt screen-reader output or cause discomfort
Section Three
Compatibility & Tools
Our website is designed to work with current versions of:
- Modern browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)
- Screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, TalkBack)
- Voice recognition software
- Operating system zoom and high-contrast modes
If you find a barrier on our site that prevents you from using it with assistive technology, please let us know — we treat every report as a priority fix.
Section Four
Known Limitations
Despite our best efforts, some content on our website may not yet be fully accessible. We are aware of and actively working on:
- Older event-gallery images that may not all have detailed alt text — we are updating these
- Embedded third-party content (social-media widgets, map embeds) where we have limited control over accessibility
- PDF documents from third parties may not always meet full accessibility standards
We treat accessibility as an ongoing practice, not a one-time project.
Section Five
In-Person Event Accommodations
Beyond the website, we are also committed to making our photo booth experiences accessible at events. If you or your guests need any accommodations — height adjustments for wheelchair access, alternative formats for prompts, allergy considerations for props, or anything else — please mention it when you book and we'll prepare in advance.
Section Six
Feedback & Reporting Barriers
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of traore360.com. If you encounter an accessibility issue or have a suggestion for how we can improve, please reach out:
- Email: info@traore360.com
- Phone or Text: 640-248-1021
- Subject line: "Accessibility Feedback"
We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within 5 business days. When you contact us, please include the page URL, a description of the issue, and the assistive technology or browser you were using so we can investigate quickly.
Section Seven
Continuous Improvement
We periodically review our website using a combination of automated accessibility testing tools and manual review. As web standards evolve and new technologies emerge, we will continue updating our practices to keep traore360.com inclusive and easy to use for everyone.
